ECP053 Description
The InGaP/GaAs HBT is able to achieve high performance for various narrowband-tuned application circuits with up to +43 dBm OIP3 and +28 dBm of pressed 1dB power. It is housed in a Lead-free/green/RoHS-pliant SOIC-8 and 16-pin 4x4 mm QFN SMT packages. All devices are 100% RF and DC tested.
