ULN2003
DESCRIPTION
The UTC ULN2003 are high-voltage, high-current darlington drivers prised of seven NPN Darlington pairs.
All units feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads.
Applications include relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.
