UM9711 Description
The UM9711/UM9711A is a low voltage, single N-MOSFET high-side power switch, optimized for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. The UM9711/UM9711A is equipped with a charge pump circuitry to drive the internal MOSFET switch; the __s_w___i_t_ch's low RDS(ON), 90mΩ, meets USB voltage drop requirements.
