The UTC U9131X series are monolithic ICs that offer the dialing signals in either pulse or tone mode.

The UTC U9131X series feature a redial memory.

  • Switchable beak/make ratio.
  • Minimum tone output duration: 100mS.
  • Minimum intertone pause: 100mS.
  • On-chip power-on reset.
  • Uses 3.579545MHz crystal or ceramic resonator.
