General Description

The SiC45x is a PMBus 1.3 compliant non-isolated DC/DC buck regulator with integrated MOSFETs.

It is capable of supplying up to 40 A (SiC450) continuous output current.

Its output voltage is digitally adjustable from 0.3 V to 12 V from a 4.5 V to 20 V input with switching frequencies up to 1.5 MHz.

Versatile - Single supply operation from 4.5 V to 20 V input voltage - Scalable solution with continuous output current of 40 A (SiC450), 25 A (SiC451), 15 A (SiC453) - Continuous current of SiC451 by VOUT range - 30 A at VOUT < 2.5 V - 25 A at VOUT  2.5 V - Adjustable output voltage from 0.3 V to 12 V - Built in 5 V regulator for internal circuits and driver supply - 1 % output voltage accuracy over temperature - 0.5 % output accuracy at VOUT = 3.3 V / 1.8 V, TA = 25 °C - Ultrafast.
