The W9145 series are Si-gate CMOS ICs that provide the necessary signals for either pulse or tone dialing.

The W9145 series feature a key tone function, handfree dialing, a lock function, thirteen 16digit automatic dialing memories, and two by 32-digit for redial and save memory.
