AS1363 Description
The AS1363 is a low-dropout linear regulator that operates from a +2.0V to +5.5V supply and delivers a guaranteed 500mA load current with low 150mV dropout. The device is available in two versions (see Table 1). One version has a high-accuracy output with a preset voltage (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, or 4.5V).
