As well it provides a 2-wire microcontroller interface through shared EN and TX pins to access a window watchdog with RC oscillator, control registers, backup registers and monitoring information. The IC is fabricated in a high voltage CMOS technology which is able to withstand voltages up to 50V. The product is available in SOIC package with exposed pad.
