ISO7021 - Ultra-Low Power Two-Channel Digital Isolator

Description

The ISO7021 device is an ultra-low power, multichannel digital isolator that can be used to isolate CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os.

Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a double capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier.

  • Ultra-low power consumption.
  • 4.8 μA per channel quiescent current (3.3 V).
  • 15 μA per channel at 100 kbps (3.3 V).
  • 120 μA per channel at 1 Mbps (3.3 V).
  • Robust isolation barrier.
  • >100-year projected lifetime.
  • 3000 VRMS isolation rating.
  • ±100 kV/μs typical CMTI.
  • Wide supply range: 1.71 V to 1.89 V and 2.25 V to 5.5 V.
  • Wide temperature range:.
  • 55°C to +125°C.
  • Small 8-SOIC package (8-D).
