MCT8315Z Description

The MCT8315Z provides a single-chip, codefree sensored trapezoidal solution for customers driving 12-V/24-V brushless-DC motors; no external microcontroller is needed to spin the BLDC motor. The MCT8315Z integrates three ½ -bridges with 40V absolute.
