Description

The TPS61162A and TPS61163A are dual-channel WLED drivers which provide highly integrated solutions for single-cell Li-ion battery powered smart phone backlight.

Features

1 2.7-V to 6.5-V Input Voltage.
Integrated 1.5-A/40-V MOSFET.
1.2-MHz Switching Frequency.
Dual Current Sinks of up to 30-mA Current Each.
1% Typical Current Matching and Accuracy.
Optional 26.5-V / 37.5-V OVP Threshold.
TPS61162A: 26.5-V OVP.
TPS61163A: 37.5-V OVP.
Adaptive Boost Output to WLED Voltages.
Very Low Voltage Headroom Control (90 mV).
Flexible Digital and PWM Brightness Control.
