TPS62800 - Step-Down Converter

Description

The TPS6280x device family is a step-down converter with 2.3µA typical quiescent current featuring the highest efficiency and smallest design size.

TI's DCS-Control topology enables the device to operate with tiny inductors and capacitors with a switching frequency up to 4MHz.

Features

  • 1.75V to 5.5V input voltage range.
  • 2.3µA operating quiescent current.
  • Up to 4MHz switching frequency.
  • 0.6A or 1A output current.
  • 1% output voltage accuracy.
  • Selectable power save and forced PWM mode.
  • R2D converter for flexible VOUT setting.
  • 16 selectable and one fixed output voltages.
  • TPS62800 (4MHz): 0.4V to 0.775V.
  • TPS62801 (4MHz): 0.8V to 1.55V.
  • TPS62802 (4MHz): 1.8V to 3.3V.
