Description

The TPS6286x devices are high-frequency, synchronous step-down converters with I2C- and VSEL-Interface.

Up to 4-MHz switching frequency.
1% output voltage accuracy.

0.4 V to 1.9875 V (12.5-mV steps).
I2C user interface to adjust.
Output voltage presets.
Ramp speed.

Supports < 6-mm² design size.
