TPS715A Description
The TPS715A low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator is a low quiescent current device that offers the benefits of a wide input voltage range and low-power operation in miniaturized packaging. Thus, the TPS715A is designed for battery-powered applications and as a power-management attachment to low-power microcontrollers. The TPS715A is available in both fixed and adjustable versions.
