  • Stable With a 2.2-μF Ceramic Capacitor.
  • Excellent Load/Line Transient Response.
  • Very Low Dropout Voltage (120 mV at 200 mA).
  • 5- and 6-Pin SOT-23 (DBV), and Wafer Chip Scale (YZQ) Packages 2 Ap.
