TUSB1146 - Linear Redriver Crosspoint Switch

Description

The TUSB1146 is a VESA USB Type-C™ Alt Mode redriving switch supporting USB 3.2 data rates up to 10 Gbps and DisplayPort 2.0 up to 10 Gbps for downstream facing port (Host).

The device is used for configurations C, D, and E from the VESA DisplayPort Alt Mode on USB Type-C standard.

  • 1 USB Type-C crosspoint switch supporting.
  • USB 3.2 SSP + 2 DisplayPort Lanes.
  • 4 DisplayPort Lanes.
  • USB 3.2 x1 Gen 1/Gen 2 up to 10 Gbps.
  • VESA®DisplayPort 2.0 up to 10 Gbps (UHBR10).
  • Supports D_DFP pin assignments C, D, and E.
  • Choice between adaptive or fixed equalization for USB DFP receivers.
  • Linear and limited redriver supported on UFP transmitter.
  • Limited redriver option offers both TX voltage swing and TX equal.
