The UCC27223 is a high-speed synchronous buck drivers for today’s high-efficiency, lower-output voltage designs.

Using Predictive Gate Drivet (PGD) control technology, these drivers reduce diode conduction and reverse recovery losses in the synchronous rectifier MOSFET(s).
