uA9636A Description
The uA9636AC is a dual, single-ended line driver designed to meet ANSI Standards EIA/TIA-423-B and EIA/TIA-232-E and ITU Remendations V.10 and V.28. The slew rates of both amplifiers are controlled by a single external resistor, R(WS), connected between the wave-shape-control (W-S) terminal and GND. Output current limiting is provided.
