LN5075 detector equivalent, cmos voltage regulator and voltage detector.
* Output Voltage Range:2V to 5.0V (selectable in 100mV steps)
* Highly Accurate :± 2%(both regulator and detector)
* Dropout Voltage :160mV @ 50mA (3.0V type).
The voltage regulator consists of a current limiter circuit and also operates as a short protect for the output current.
