1. General description
Low-current voltage regulator diodes in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
2. Features and benefits
- Total power dissipation: ≤ 250 mW
- Tolerance series: approximately ± 5 %
- Working voltage range: nominal 1.8 V to 10 V
- Specified at a low test current (50 μA), ideal for low bias and portable battery-powered applications
