  • Reverse standoff voltage range: VRWM = 24 V.
  • Surge current for 8/20 µs pulse: IPPM = 79 A (rated) / IPP = 100 A (average measured).
  • Surge current for 10/1000 µs pulse: IPPM = 7.7 A (rated) / IPP = 9.3 A (average measured).
  • Reverse current: IRM = 1 nA.
  • Very low package height: 0.65 mm.
  • AEC-Q101 qualified 3.
