General Description
The uP1965S is 5V MOSFET driver optimized for driving two N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck converter for mobile puting application. This part has integrated bootstrap diode to eliminate external ponent count. The resistor monly placed between MOSFET gate and source for discharge is also integrated, making external ponent minimal. This device bined with uPI multi-phase buck PWM controller forms a plete core voltage regulator for advanced microprocessors.
