General Description

The uP9646 is a driver integrated 30V power stage module for multi-phase synchronous buck DC-DC converter in desktop and notebook applications.

The device is operated with 5V input for integrated MOSFET driver, and its MOSFETs are fully optimized to deliver up to 50A output current with high conversion efficiency for CPU, GPU and DDR memory power supplies.
