AMS112 150mA LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR

The AMS112 series consists of positive fixed voltage regulators featuring an internal electronic switch controlled by TTL or CMOS logic levels. When the Control pin is pulled to a logic high level, the device is in the ON state. If the control function is not used, the control terminal should be con.
