A7801B www.ait-ic.com DC-DC CONVERTER 1MHz LOW NOISE, FIXED OUTPUT, REGULATED CHARGE PUMP DESCRIPTION FEATURES The A7801B is a low noise, constant frequency  Low Noise Constant Frequency (1MHz) (1MHz) switched capacitor voltage doubler.  Output Current: Up to 300mA  Output Accuracy: ±2.5% The A7801B provides regulated output voltage  VIN Range: 2.1V to 5.0V from a 2.1V to 5.0V input with up to 230mA of  Automatic Soft-Start Reduces Inrush Current output current. Low external parts count (one flying  No external Inductor capacitor and two small bypass capacitors at VIN  Shutdown Current <1uA and VOUT) make the A7801B ideally suited for small, battery-powered applications.
