ADR3512 Datasheet High Accuracy Voltage Reference

Manufacturer: Analog Devices

General Description

The ADR3512 is a low cost, low power, high precision CMOS voltage reference, featuring a maximum temperature coefficient (TC) of 4 ppm/°C (C grade, −40°C to +85°C), low operating current, and low output noise in an 8-lead MSOP package.

For high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are trimmed digitally during final assembly using the Analog Devices, Inc., patented DigiTrim® technology.1 PIN CONFIGURATION Figure 1.

8-Lead MSOP (RM-8 Suffix) The low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift improve lifetime system accuracy.
