IQ Switch® ProxFusion® Series IQS625 Datasheet Combination sensor including: Hall-effect rotation sensing, along with dual-channel capactive proximity/touch sensing. The IQS625 ProxFusion® IC is a multifunctional capacitive and Hall-effect sensor designed for applications where any or all of the technologies may be required.
