KPC825, 8PIN PHOTODARLINGTON PHOTOCOUPLER

The KPC825 series consist of a photodarlington optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 8-pin DIP package and available in wide-lead spacing and SMD option.

The input-output isolation voltage is rated at 5000 Vrms.
