AP2141D/AP2151D 0.5A SINGLE CHANNEL CURRENT-LIMITED POWER SWITCH WITH OUTPUT DISCHARGE .
The AP2141D and AP2151D are integrated high-side power switches optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications.
