General Description

The DIODES™ AP6503 is a 340kHz switching frequency external compensated synchronous DC-DC buck converter.

It has integrated low RDS(ON) high and low side MOSFETs.

Pin Assignments ( Top View ) The AP6503 enables continuous load current of up to 3A with efficiency BST 1 8 as high as 95%.
