ET6501B Description

LIGHT-ACTIVATED INVERTER IC WITH INTERNAL PULL-UP AND ADJUSTABLE OPTICAL THRESHOLD ET6501B .
This device incorporates an integral photodiode, amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and internally pulled-up output stage.

ET6501B Features

* Single supply range 4.5V to 18V
* 10k internal pull-up resistor on output
* Optical Sensitivity Adjustable over 7:1 range
* Operate point only 0.23mW/cm2 (480nW) typical
* Sensitivity tracks the temperature coefficient of power output of the GaAlAs LEDs
