SP206/207/208/211 +5V RS-232 Serial Transceivers .
The SP206, SP207, SP208 and SP211 are multi-channel RS-232 line transceivers in a variety of configurations to fit most communication needs.

SP207 Features

* 0.1μF External Charge Pump Capacitors
* 120kbps Data Rate
* Standard SOIC and SSOP Packaging
* Multiple Drivers and Receivers
* Single 5V Supply Operation
* 1.0μA Shutdown Mode
* Tri-State Receiver Outputs
* Meets all RS-232F and V.28
