FOD4116 Description

FOD410, FOD4108, FOD4116, FOD4118 * 6-Pin DIP Snubberless Zero-Cross Triac Drivers June 2016 FOD410, FOD4108, FOD4116, FOD4118 6-Pin DIP Snu.
The FOD410, FOD4108, FOD4116 and FOD4118 devices consist of an infrared emitting diode coupled to a hybrid triac formed with two inverse parallel SCRs.
