LVTTL/LVCMOS COMPATIBLE LOW INPUT CURRENT HIGH GAIN SPLIT DARLINGTON OPTOCOUPLERS SINGLE CHANNEL: DUAL CHANNEL: .
The FOD070L, FOD270L and FOD073L optocouplers consist of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high gain split darlington photodetector.
