Global Mixed-mode Technology Micro-Power Reset IC G678 .
The G678 is a micro-power voltage detector supervising the power supply voltage level for microprocessors (μP) or digital systems.

G678 Features

* Internally Fixed Threshold level of 2.3V/2.5V
* High Accuracy ±1.5%
* Low Supply Current 3.3µA at VCC=3V
* No External Components Required
* N-Channel Open-Drain Output
* Available in Two Output Configurations Open-Drain RESET Output (G678H) Open-Dra
