The HCPL-3100/3101 consists of an LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage.

Wide Operating VCC Range (15 to 30 Volts).

Recognized under UL 1577 for Dielectric Withstand Proof Test Voltages of 5000 Vac, 1 Minute.
