TLS115B0LD linear voltage regulator

The OPTIREG™ linear voltage regulator TLS115B0LD is a monolithic, integrated low-dropout voltage tracking regulator with high accuracy in a small PG-TSON-10 package. The TLS115B0LD is designed to supply off-board systems, for example sensors in powertrain management systems under the severe conditio.
