DESCRIPTION
The MP1471A is a high-frequency,
O synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode F converter with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very pact solution to achieve a 3A output current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation. The
D MP1471A has synchronous-mode operation for higher efficiency over the output current-load
E range.
D Current-mode operation provides fast transient S response and eases loop stabilization.
N 7 Protection features include over-current E N 7 protection and thermal shutdown.
M IG 4 The MP1471A requires a minimal number of readily-available, standard, external
1 ponents and is available in a space-saving
DESO MP 6-pin TSOT23 package.
