MP1477H 17V, 3A, 1.2MHz, High-Efficiency, Synchronous, Step-Down Converter in a SOT563 Package .
The MP1477H is a fully integrated, highfrequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs.
