Description
The MP2625B is a monolithic switch mode battery charger with power path management for single-cell Li-ion batteries in a wide range of tablet and other portable devices.
Features
- high integration with all the power switches integrated inside. No external MOSFET, blocking diodes, or current sense resistor is required. Two status monitor output pins are provided to indicate the battery charge status and power source status. Other features include trickle charge, battery temperature monitoring, timer and thermal limiting regulation on chip. MP2625B is available in QFN 3mmx4mm package. MP2625B
