MP28367 Description

MP28367 1A, 21V, 1.4MHz Step-Down Converter in a TSOT23-6 NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGNS, REFER TO MP2344 .
The MP28367 is a monolithic step-down switch mode converter with a built-in internal power MOSFET.
