The SP3222EB and SP3232EB series are RS-232 transceiver solutions intended for portable or hand-held applications such as notebook or laptop computers.

SP3232EB Features

* Meets true EIA / TIA-232-F standards from a 3.0V to 5.5V power supply
* 250kbps transmission rate under load
* 1μA low power shutdown with receivers active (SP3222EB)
* Interoperable with RS-232 down to a 2.7V power source
* Enhanced ESD specifications:  ±15kV Human Body Mode
