MCP1703A 250 mA, 16V, Low Quiescent Current LDO Regulator .
The MCP1703A is an improved version of the MCP1703 low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator that can deliver up to 250 mA of current while consuming only.

MCP1703A Features

* Reduced Ground Current During Dropout
* Faster Startup Time
* 2.0 µA Typical Quiescent Current
* Input Operating Voltage Range: 2.7V to16.0V
* 250 mA Output Current for Output Voltages ≥ 2.5V
* 200 mA Output Current for Output Voltages < 2.5V
