A miniature 5 x 3 x 1.2 mm LGA package ideally suits it for portable electronics and space constrained applications. Low current consumptions of 5 μA during Active mode and 0.06 μA during Shutdown (Sleep) mode target battery and other low-power applications. A wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C fits demanding.
