FEATURES - Two 8-bit bus interfaces - Power-up 3-State - Multiple VCC and GND pins minimize switching noise - Provides ideal interface and increases fan-out of MOS Microprocessors DESCRIPTION The MB2541 high-performance Bi CMOS device bines low static and dynamic power dissipation with high speed and high output drive. The MB2541 has two 8-bit buffers that are ideal for driving bus lines.
