LP2989 General Description

The LP2989 is a fixed-output 500 mA precision LDO regulator designed for use with ceramic output capacitors. Output noise can be reduced to 18µV (typical) by connecting an external 10 nF capacitor to the bypass pin. Using an optimized VIP™ (Vertically Integrated PNP) process, the LP2989 delivers sup.
