The RS2G34 dual buffer gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.
The RS2G34 device performs the Boolean function Y=A in positive logic.
The CMOS device has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range.
The RS2G34 is available in Green SOT23-6 and SOT363(SC70-6) packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
