Features
* a ±1% output voltage accuracy, input voltage, and BIAS voltage UVLO with hysteresis, enable control, internal current limit, over-temperature shutdown protection with hysteresis, power-good indication, voltage BIAS pin, and fast-start up. The RAA214048 is stable with a minimum 22µF ceramic output caApplications
* to 6.5V. The LDO output voltage can be programmed from 0.8V to 3.95V using voltage setting pins on the IC in 50mV steps, eliminating the need for traditional external feedback resistors and saving PCB space.
