RAA214401 150mA Wide Input Range Ultra Low Quiescent Current Linear Regulator Datasheet The RAA214401 is a linear regulator that operates with a wide input voltage range at a fixed output at 3.3V and up to 150mA of output current. With an ultra low quiescent current, it is suitable for always-on and keep-alive applications.
