74LCXU04 Low voltage CMOS HEX inverter (single stage) with 5V tolerant inputs .
The 74LCXU04 is a low voltage CMOS HEX inverter (single state) fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology.
